We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in the powder coating industry in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities within the region. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and promote our products and services.

Requirements

– Proven experience in sales within the powder coating industry or a related technical field, with a strong understanding of the industry and market dynamics. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. – Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively close sales and secure new business opportunities. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving sales targets. – Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. – Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous. – Willingness to travel within the UAE and potentially internationally as required.

Responsibilities:

– Identify and develop new business opportunities within the powder coating industry in Dubai and the UAE. – Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. – Collaborate with the technical team to provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients. – Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating contracts and terms to secure new business. – Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and market threats. – Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
