About the Role
At Chalhoub Group, we express the exceptional. As a Fashion Consultant, your role is to achieve sales targets and ensure a seamless, personalized shopping experience. You will support customer engagement strategies, CRM activities, and contribute to in-store innovation and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong client relationships across all sales channels.
- Provide insights on customer preferences, bestsellers, and slow-moving products.
- Support CRM and CX initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising and SOP standards.
- Promote the MUSE loyalty program and digital engagement through mobile apps.
- Support marketing events, brand activations, and store campaigns.
- Help drive sales performance and customer retention.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per month (tax-free)
- Accommodation Allowance: Paid in two annual instalments

Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Prior experience in customer-focused retail or hospitality roles.
- Strong passion for luxury fashion and the Zimmermann brand.
