About the Location
Set to become one of the region’s premier luxury beach destinations, The Red Sea spans 200 kilometers of pristine coastline along the western shores of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, between Umluj and Al Wajh. The upcoming Four Seasons Resort will be situated on Shura Island—the centerpiece of the development—featuring a world-class yacht marina, upscale leisure and lifestyle venues, luxury retail, and an 18-hole golf course.
With sustainable tourism at its foundation, The Red Sea destination is being developed using advanced marine spatial planning to protect natural ecosystems and minimize over-tourism. Powered entirely by renewable energy, the project will preserve the vast majority of the islands through designated conservation zones, allowing for a unique eco-conscious travel experience.
The future Four Seasons Resort will include approximately 149 luxury rooms and suites, each offering uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and turquoise waters. Guests will enjoy six high-end restaurants and lounges, versatile meeting and event spaces, a marine discovery center, and a Kids for All Seasons program. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of food service experience, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Proven ability to carry and balance service trays efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills, with a talent for building rapport with guests and colleagues.
- Proficiency in handling cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the guest experience.
