Job Opportunity: Contracts and Accounting

The Contracts and Accounting Associate will manage contracting and payment processes for Health Care Providers (HCPs). This includes preparing HCP contracts, submitting them for payments, ensuring documentation accuracy, and acting as the primary contact for all accounting-related inquiries regarding HCP transactions.

Key Responsibilities for a Contracts and Accounting:

  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HCP contracts accurately and on time after verifying all required documents.
  • Collaborate with meeting owners and the CMS (Customer Meeting Services) team for timely delivery.
  • Submit contracts to the accounting team for payment after obtaining approvals.
  • Track contracts and payments efficiently.
  • Prepare and present HCP utilization reports and related analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with medical, marketing, compliance, and finance teams.
  • Add HCP bank details on SAP.
  • Manage OpEx (Operating Expense) analysis and maintain regular meetings to ensure proper cost allocation.
  • Maintain accurate business records with strict attention to privacy and record retention policies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: BA or MSc in Business Administration or Accounting.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years preferred.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform under pressure.
  • Capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
