You will design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that powers advanced AI models—ensuring efficient data workflows, reliable data pipelines, and scalable systems for high-performance AI applications. You’ll collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python; experience with Scala or Java.
- Familiarity with Big Data frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
- Build and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and feature stores optimized for GenAI.
- Hands-on with SQL and NoSQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
- Understanding of ML data needs: data preparation, feature engineering, data augmentation.
- Implement data pipelines/workflows using Apache Airflow, Luigi, or similar.
- Experience with real-time data processing, data streams, and large-scale architectures.
- Proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance data architecture.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers to meet AI model data requirements.
- Curiosity to explore new tools/technologies for evolving GenAI product needs.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., GitLab).
Skills & Experience
- Proven data engineering experience, preferably in AI/ML or GenAI environments.
- Strong technical background in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning.
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, DVC).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Agile methodology experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related field with emphasis on data engineering, database design, or big data.
