Benefits of  European Commission Blue Book Traineeship

The 2025 Blue Book Traineeship Program at the European Commission is a fully funded internship program offered by the European Commission to students worldwide. Selected participants will enjoy the following benefits:

  1. A monthly allowance of €1,376, paid at the end of each month.
  2. Coverage of visa costs.
  3. Coverage of medical fees.
  4. Coverage of travel expenses, including airfare.

Note: Accommodation expenses are not covered.

Documents Required:

  • A copy of a valid ID card or passport.
  • A copy of university degree(s) obtained before the application deadline.
  • Proof of the following experiences:
  1. Participation in international university exchange programs or European Union programs.
  2. Participation in international seminars and workshops.
  3. Proof of proficiency in required languages, other than the mother tongue.
  4. Proof of required practical experience in the specified field.
  5. Proof of work or volunteer experience abroad (if any).
  6. Proof of expertise in rare or specialized study fields.

Eligibility Criteria for European Commission Blue Book Traineeship

  • You must hold a standard university degree of 3 years duration.
  • You should have no previous work experience of any kind.
  • You must have a good command of the English language.
  • You do not need IELTS or TOEFL test results to apply.
  • You must be prepared to work five days a week, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week).
  • You will receive paid leave for two days each month.
  • There is no maximum age limit to apply for the traineeship.

The final date to submit applications for the 2025 European Commission Traineeship Program in Belgium and Luxembourg for international students is August 30, 2024.
