Global Peace Forum in Canada by CCCD
The Canadian Centre for Cultural Diplomacy (CCCD) is pleased to invite youth, professionals and diplomats from around the world to participate in the Forum on Cultural Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution and Global Peace, scheduled to be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in May 2025.
This forum represents a unique opportunity for 200 participants from different countries to exchange cultures and learn together about the importance of cultural diplomacy in resolving conflicts and promoting global peace. Participants will be able to interact in a hybrid format, with 100 participants attending the forum in person in Canada, while the remaining 100 will participate online.
In addition, 5 outstanding participants will receive a fully-funded scholarship that includes round-trip airfare, accommodation and meals for the duration of the event. It is worth noting that IELTS scores are not required to apply.

What is Cultural Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution & Global Peace Forum 2025 in Canada All About?
The 2025 Forum on Cultural Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution and World Peace in Canada is an international event that aims to explore and promote the role of cultural diplomacy as an effective tool for conflict resolution and sustainable peace.
The Forum will be held in Vancouver, British Columbia, and will bring together 200 participants from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds, with half participating in person and the other half online.
During the Forum, participants will have the opportunity to share experiences and learn from real-life case studies that highlight how cultural diplomacy has helped resolve conflicts in different places around the world. Eligibility Criteria for Global Peace Forum
The forum is open to applicants from all regions around the world who meet the following requirements:
– Age: 16 years and above; all interested individuals are welcome to apply.
– English Language Proficiency: Applicants should have at least an intermediate level of English proficiency to engage meaningfully in discussions.
– Relevant Background or Interest: Applicants with a background or demonstrable interest in “cultural diplomacy, conflict resolution, global peace”, and related fields such as “international relations, political science, sociology, cultural studies, anthropology, peace studies, and law” are encouraged to apply. The forum also welcomes individuals from various professional backgrounds, including those who are “community leaders, activists, researchers, and students”, as well as anyone passionate about fostering dialogue and understanding among cultures for peacebuilding.
This fully funded opportunity aims to support a diverse range of individuals with the drive to contribute to global discussions on diplomacy and peace, regardless of professional level or career stage.

Application Process
Interested individuals must apply by March 5, 2025. Selected participants will be announced on our official website on March 10, 2025. Participation in the forum is completely free for all attendees.
For eligible candidates, especially those requiring a visa, invitation letters will continue to be issued before the final application deadline. This will enable them to apply for visas in advance, ensuring ample time for planning and smooth participation in the forum.
