HSE Global Scholarship Competition in Russia
Applications are now open for the HSE Global Scholarship Competition 2025 in Russia. This opportunity is available to all international candidates from around the world to participate in the competition organized by the Higher School of Economics in Russia.
We encourage students interested in pursuing their undergraduate studies in Russia to apply for the HSE International Olympiad 2025, which offers full scholarships with 100% tuition fee waivers. Applications are open for the 2025/26 academic year without any application fees.
The HSE Global Competition covers a wide range of academic fields, including foreign languages (English), Asian studies, international relations, history, design, journalism, cultural studies, mathematics, psychology, modern politics, physics, social sciences, media communications, law, advertising and public relations, linguistics, and philosophy.

Eligibility Criteria for HSE Global Scholarship:
- Applicants must be international citizens (non-Russian), stateless persons, or Russian citizens residing abroad.
- Participants must be enrolled either in the 10th or 11th grade of educational programs lasting 11 years, or in the 11th or 12th grade of programs lasting 12 years.
- We also welcome applications from international high school graduates.
- All participants must be under 30 years of age.
