Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Officer
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles, from candidate sourcing to final onboarding.
Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Leverage multiple sourcing tools including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks to attract top-tier talent.
Conduct resume screening, interviews, and candidate assessments to ensure culture and role fit.
Manage interview scheduling, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the selection process.
Track recruitment data and maintain detailed records to support hiring analytics.
Stay updated on UAE market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pool insights.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in white-collar recruitment or professional staffing.
Deep knowledge of best recruitment practices, sourcing methods, and ATS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective candidate and stakeholder engagement.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and the local job market is a plus.
