Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the pre-launch membership sales strategy for the Luxury Club and Lotus Floors access.
- Acquire ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), CEOs, celebrities, diplomats, investors, and global business leaders.
- Lead direct outreach campaigns, private previews, and high-conversion one-on-one briefings to close premium memberships.
- Structure and manage a multi-tier membership model, including pricing, member benefits, and exclusive upgrade options.
- Build strategic partnerships with private banks, embassies, luxury real estate firms, wealth managers, and concierge networks.
- Supervise and mentor a high-performance team of membership sales executives, ensuring daily target achievement.
- Set and track monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs, revenue goals, and membership conversion rates.
- Oversee the CRM system, lead management, and follow-up processes to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-impact luxury sales content, digital ads, and referral programs.
- Deliver a premium onboarding experience, offering personalized support from enrollment to activation.
- Strengthen member loyalty with tailored engagement, regular check-ins, and effective membership renewal strategies.
- Analyze member behavior, churn rates, and referral trends to drive retention and sustainable growth.
- Work alongside leadership to refine pricing strategies, conduct market analysis, and forecast growth.
- Represent the brand at VIP appointments, executive events, and strategic networking opportunities.

Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in luxury membership sales within private clubs, premium hospitality, or exclusive lifestyle services
- Strong track record in closing high-value membership deals and leading high-performing sales teams
- Expertise in managing the entire membership lifecycle, from acquisition and onboarding to retention and loyalty
- Proficiency in CRM systems, performance dashboards, and sales pipeline optimization tools
- Established network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and top-tier business leaders in Dubai and internationally
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with experience in designing and executing loyalty programs and membership growth strategies
