responsibilities :

* Crafting and delivering training programs for Sales Executives, from certification paths to specialized modules for supervisors.
* Conducting central launch product training to ensure our teams are well-equipped with the latest knowledge.
* Creating engaging training materials and aids to facilitate effective learning experiences.
* Providing evaluation and reporting on training effectiveness for our dealer network, ensuring continuous improvement.
* Maintaining our training portal and overseeing attendance reporting for Sales Executives.
* Collaborating with internal teams, attending product launch committee meetings, and contributing to the overall success of our brands.

Your Qualifications should be:

* A relevant University Degree coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a training or consulting role.
* Proven expertise as a Qualified Trainer, with a passion for developing others.
* Automotive sales certification and previous experience in automotive product knowledge are essential.
* Experience within a premium automotive dealership is advantageous, providing insights into the industry’s nuances.
* Familiarity with tools to measure dealer quality, such as Customer Experience Management and Mystery Shopping, will set you apart.
