Main Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell the portfolio to potential customers.

- Maintain customer rapport and build relations with customers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or Pharmacy.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales and marketing experience in a clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or food lab in KSA.
- Must possess a valid KSA driver’s license.
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
