Role for a Senior Assistant Content Writer:
As a Copywriting & Content Creation Specialist, you will drive internal communications strategies aligned with the People & Culture agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop written content for HR communications (policies, emails, speeches, and announcements).
- Create engaging digital content for social media, the corporate website, internal newsletters, and comms platforms.
- Ensure all copy aligns with the Group’s tone, branding, and grammar standards.
- Design flyers, banners, infographics, invitations, and other HR visual assets.
- Collaborate with design teams for visually strong, brand-compliant communications.
- Support content creation for events, including photography, videography, and layout design.
- Project manage events like town halls, bootcamps, awards, and wellness programs.
- Lead award submission processes—content drafting, coordination, and deadline management.
- Maintain updates across internal platforms like intranet and the employee app.
- Create and edit instructional videos and visual guides for HR policies and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Communications, Journalism, Translation, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content production, or digital marketing.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
- Proven ability to produce accurate, engaging content under tight deadlines.
- Skilled in visual content production—photography, videography, editing tools.
- Organized and proactive with strong project management skills.
- Experience with intranet tools and social media scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software preferred.
