Skoltech University Russia Scholarship 2026 (Fully Funded)
Applications are now open for the Skoltech University Scholarship 2026 in Russia, a fully funded opportunity available to international students from all countries. Candidates can apply for both Master’s (MSc) and Doctoral (PhD) programs.
In 2024, Skoltech awarded scholarships to around 280 MSc students and 120 PhD students, reflecting the university’s strong commitment to supporting global talent.
Notably, IELTS, GRE, and SAT are not required for admission.
The Skoltech Scholarship provides comprehensive financial coverage, including:
Full tuition fee waiver
Medical insurance
A monthly stipend to support living costs
Accommodation for selected students
The duration of study is 2 years for MSc programs and 3 years for PhD programs.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applications are open to domestic and international students.
- For Master’s Program: An appropriate Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- For Doctoral Programs: An appropriate Master’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.
- Applicants who already hold a master’s degree are also eligible to apply.
- TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a degree from an English-speaking university.
- Submission of a General GRE score is not a requirement of the Skoltech application.
- There are no minimum GPA requirements.
