Key Responsibilities for a Sportswear Designer Opportunity
- Product Strategy Alignment: Analyze market trends, sales reports, and customer insights to plan competitive product ranges and SKUs.
- Material & Design Development: Select fabrics and trims, prepare detailed technical design sheets, and manage the development cycle with manufacturers.
- Collaboration & Accuracy: Work with the Design Manager to deliver precise design packages that meet both creative and production standards.
- Style & Fit Review: Evaluate fit and overall appearance during product presentations to maintain brand consistency.
- Creative Presentation: Develop and present mood boards, color stories, and sample prototypes to internal and external stakeholders.
- Vendor Communication: Maintain clear communication with suppliers to ensure smooth production and timely delivery.
- Commercial Awareness: Align design aesthetics with business goals to enhance brand performance and profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fashion Design.
- 5–7 years of professional experience designing activewear for men, women, and children.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CADs, TDS, and Keynote, with strong sketching and visualization skills.
- Deep understanding of garment construction and mass production documentation.
- Familiarity with the GCC apparel and textile market.
- Experience with AI-based fashion tools is a plus.
