We are here to guide you on your journey. “Make it in Munich” is an innovative online migration project designed to assist citizens from non-EU countries and non-European Free Trade Association member states in planning and legally migrating to Munich. We offer free consultations and online seminars, along with German language and IT courses, to enhance your readiness for professional life and integration in Munich even before your arrival.

Eligibility Criteria :
- The project is available to third-country nationals residing abroad.
- Benefits from the offers are limited to individuals who will live in Munich.
- There are no occupational restrictions for applicants currently undergoing the visa application process. Details about specific visa types can be found in the “Visa Types” section.

Eligible Visa Types for the Project
The following visa types qualify individuals to apply for this project:
- Work visas or the EU Blue Card for third-country nationals (outside the EU and EFTA) who are in the process of applying and anticipate obtaining a residence permit valid for at least 12 months in Munich.
- Close family members of individuals with a valid visa for Munich who are applying for family reunification visas.
- Visas for residence permits for vocational training under Section 17 (1) of the Residence Act.
- Language study visa.
- Job Search Opportunity Card (Chancenkarte).

First, check your eligibility for the project.
Second, fill out the participant registration form. You can access the registration form by clicking on the link here. It is essential that you read and sign the data privacy sheet before submitting the form. The data privacy sheet is attached to the registration form.
Please note that incomplete forms will not be accepted. If you have any specific questions about the form, we are ready to answer them and assist you.
If you are eligible to apply for the project, you must attach the following necessary documents before submitting the registration form:
Signed data privacy sheet.
A copy of your passport or ID card.
Your CV.

Additional documents may be required depending on your visa type:
- Proof of visa appointment at the embassy, if you have already applied for specific visa types.
- A job offer or employment contract, if you are applying for a work visa or EU Blue Card.
- Proof of admission to language courses, for language visa holders.
- Proof of admission to vocational training programmes, for vocational training visa holders.
- Marriage certificate and employment contract for your partner, for family reunification visa applicants.
