Eligibility Criteria for University of Hamburg Merit Scholarships
- Applicants must be currently enrolled at the University of Hamburg.
- Must have completed at least two semesters at the University of Hamburg.
- Exception for doctoral researchers and two-year master’s students: Eligible to apply after completing one semester.
- Demonstrated outstanding to excellent academic performance. This can be evidenced through publications, recognitions, presentations, or other significant achievements.
- The applicant’s needs or social situation may be taken into account during the evaluation process.
- Nationality Requirement: Must not hold German citizenship.
