RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
- Organising and maintaining the office filing system
- Ensuring office supplies are adequate
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Overseeing expenses and preparing reports

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or similar field
- 2-3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Ideally have a background of working in the Middle East
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written Arabic and English
