Key Responsibilities
Support the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, procedures, business plans, and budgets.
Generate HR analytics, reports, and key performance indicators as needed.
Contribute to the enhancement and continuous improvement of the HR section.
Monitor adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and HR tools.
Manage and process tasks related to structured HR activities.
Translate job descriptions and responsibilities to team members.
Guide and support team members to meet departmental objectives, resolve issues, and stay motivated.
Help in preparing employee performance reports.
Represent the department in internal committees, task forces, and cross-functional meetings.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR any Bachelor’s degree with a Human Resources diploma or professional HR certification.
Minimum 7 years of experience in an HR Specialist or similar role, ideally in the healthcare industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive HR matters.
High attention to detail, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team.
